Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
Wakefield Kitchen and Bath respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you use our contact form, we may collect your name, email address, project type, subject, message, and any document or image you choose to upload.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your project request, communicate with you, and maintain records relating to prospective and current customer relationships.
Uploaded files
Files submitted through the contact form are stored in restricted private storage and are available only to authorized personnel. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible from the website.
Please do not upload financial, medical, or other highly sensitive information.
Inquiry retention
Wakefield Kitchen and Bath may retain inquiries, correspondence, uploaded files, and related records for business, customer-service, project-history, warranty, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Records may be retained for an extended period where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Website security and abuse prevention
The website uses technical safeguards designed to prevent automated abuse and unauthorized submissions. A temporary identifier derived from a visitor's network address may be used for rate limiting. The contact inquiry record itself does not store the visitor's raw IP address.
To help protect our contact form from automated spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile evaluates limited technical information about the visitor's browser and device to determine whether a submission appears to be made by a person rather than an automated system. We use this information only for website security and abuse prevention.
Cookies
This website uses limited, necessary session cookies for form security and administrative authentication. Public visitors may receive a temporary session cookie when using the contact form. Authorized staff use a separate secure session cookie when accessing the administration portal. These cookies are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate and secure this website. Website inquiry notifications are processed using Microsoft 365 services. Cloudflare may process limited technical information when providing automated abuse-prevention services. Our web hosting provider and other infrastructure providers may also process limited information as necessary to operate and secure the website.
The contact page includes an embedded Google Maps view. When that map loads, the visitor's browser may communicate directly with Google. The website's primary Assistant typeface is hosted locally by Wakefield Kitchen and Bath rather than loaded from Google Fonts.
Selling or advertising use of personal information
Wakefield Kitchen and Bath does not sell personal information collected through this website and does not currently use website-submitted information for targeted advertising.

If you have questions about information you submitted through this website, contact Wakefield Kitchen and Bath at the published phone number, (401) 363-9755.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website or business practices change.
